We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Care Advisor to join our busy and friendly team in Kelvedon, Colchester.
Job Role:
Whilst studying for your nationally recognised Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship, you will carry out customer service and administrative support duties.
Training and support for this Apprenticeship will be provided by our specialist Apprenticeship training provider, Smart Training & Recruitment.
The responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- Making outbound sales calls to grow and expand our customer base
- Follow up on leads
- General system work/management
- Handle incoming queries via phone and email
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Supporting with day to day administration tasks.
- Learn to use internal systems and assist with managing customer accounts
